Anthony M. Tang resides in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and is a born and raised North Carolinian from Rocky Mount. Anthony enjoys spending time with family, sustaining and growing the Musical Arts, working collaboratively with various organizations across the country to achieve the best for each organization, and supporting all aspects of the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.
Anthony is currently the Director of Philanthropy and Donor Engagement Strategy at Wake Forest University where he establishes and cultivates relationships with alumni, parents, and friends to increase their affinity for the university through philanthropic engagement. Prior to his work in fundraising, Anthony served in Wake Forest’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Office of Alumni Engagement where he increased his understanding of the importance of personal connection and meaningful relationships in a college or university environment. As one who seeks collaboration and growth among teams and individuals, Anthony has presented at national and local conferences on his work in Alumni Engagement and Fundraising.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Wake Forest University, a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University.
