Anthony M. Tang, Ed.D. resides in Winston-Salem, North Carolina with his wife, Megan, and three children, Hudson, Eddison, and Rosalie. A born and raised North Carolinian from Rocky Mount, Anthony enjoys spending time with family, working collaboratively with various organizations across the country to achieve the best for each organization, and supporting all aspects of Wake Forest and the Demon Deacons. 

Anthony is passionate about building trust among individuals to create teams and communities who authentically inspire others to accomplish a shared mission. Serving Wake Forest as the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives for Philanthropy and Donor Engagement, Anthony seeks to establish and cultivate relationships with alumni, parents, and friends to increase their affinity for the university through philanthropic engagement. Prior to his work in fundraising, Anthony served in Wake Forest’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Office of Alumni Engagement where he increased his understanding of the importance of personal connection and meaningful relationships in a college or university environment. 

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University, a Master of Education from Northeastern University, and a Doctor of Education from Vanderbilt University.
